I ship worldwide. Prices for items on the website are in $AUD.

Postage is a flat rate of $15.  If you would like your purchases insured, please let me know via the email address below and I will advise you of the cost. I would highly recommend getting insurance for purchases over $100.

 

Please bear in mind that once your purchased item(s) are in the hands of Australia Post, I have no control over what happens to them and as a result I cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of goods, or goods damaged in transit.

 

If your purchase is not as expected or has a fault - please contact me at fionawilliams@feral-designs.com and I will do my utmost to sort out any problems you may have.

 

If we cannot resolve the problem then a refund is available within 2 working weeks upon receipt of your purchase. Please contact me via the email address above and I will give you a returns address and a refund code. Return postage is to be paid by the buyer and returned item(s) should be sent in their original packaging.

 

Upon receipt of your returned item(s) I will issue you a refund for the cost of the item and the original postage cost - not the returns cost.
