Once you have paid via Paypal, you will automatically be sent a receipt of payment to your email address.  This will confirm what you have purchased and the total cost, including postage and handling. 

Postage is charged at AU$15 flat rate. I highly recommend getting your item(s) insured if they are over $100. If you require insurance, please contact me and I will find out the cost for you.

Once your order has been received and your payment has cleared, it will be despatched within 2 working days. (Depending on Stock Availability).   If I am making a limited edition item or a custom design the time will vary. If you do not receive your item(s) within 10 working days, please contact me either by phone or email.

Feral Designs will do their utmost to ensure that your order reaches you on time. 

Please contact me so that we can discuss the situation. If nothing can be resolved, then simply return the item with the original packaging to the address supplied within 2 weeks and you will be refunded for the cost of the item, including postage and handling. Return postage will not be refunded.

The refund will be credited to your Paypal account or electronically transferred directly into your bank account once the item has been received.

Just go to the "Contact Us" page on the website and enter your details and a general description of what kind of custom design you are interested in.  Click on the enquiries box for custom designs and submit.   I'll then contact you for more details of your requirements.
